Completely disable/remove TOS & Privacy on Checkout
 

Is it possible to completely remove the TOS & Privacy agreement on the checkout page? I'd rather not have it on there at all - they have to agree to terms when they make an account on the site and it seems a bit redundant.

I looked at one of your sites and see that you got rid of the check box but kept the TOS link right above the submit button. Implied acceptance. Nice touch.

I wanted to mention that the One Page Checkout addon by Altered Carts has a check box to disable that check box. I don't know why XCart doesn't have that.

I don't know how, at least not yet. Altered Cart is a 3rd party add-on, so if you get that the option is built in.
