USPS for PO BOX addresses only!

Is there anyway or does anyone know of a way to check if the address is a P.O. Box and if so only show USPS shipping methods? I would really really appreciate any help on this...

Thank you, I did the mod as in your second link, however now when I go to checkout it says "There is no shipping methods for your order". This should show usps methods only they are enabled. If I login under my own account then it shows, but not for a customer who is logged in for checkout anonomsly. Any ideas?
