Add banner to vivid dreams(lots)

Hello,

I have a banner the is png, how do I add it to vivid dreams(lots) template? I want it to be on the front page.

any help will be much appreciated.

You can add it to head tempate or welcome template depends ifyou wanna show it in the header or body of the page

I tried to add it to welcome.tpl, but the transparent png doesn't appear, its also I flash banner.:(

Probably there are some HTML coding problems.

Could you supply the code that you used in the template?
