What would be the easiest way to change the products color title in the thumbnail section on only specific items?

For example...

I sell workshops and classes with a maximum of 16 enrolled.

Once the class is filled I want to offer additional waiting list ONLY announcement and make it clear by changing the color of the title.

You can do an if statement based on $product.avail which will be 0 when classes are full (product quantity is 0)
