Payment method question
 

is it possible to have check as payment method only if a product from a certain category is in the cart?

Maybe if you look at the smarty variables available to you on that page, you will see the products array. If so - you can do an if-than to make a payment method available based on the product. Does this thread help? It is for shipping , but if that array is there, you could do the same for payment methods.

Yes you have to enable the payment method and them use and if statement to hide it for all but that product. Product info is available throughout the cart I think
