Prevent change of billing address
 

Is there any way to prevent the billing address being changed once a customer has set it? I'm using 4.4.1, which allows customers to change billing/shipping address in their Address book, or via the shopping cart.

I want them to be able to change shipping address however they like, but billing address must stay locked once they've set it. If they want to change it, then they need to contact an admin.

You can modify the form to show the info as text only, no edit boxes
