XCart can't do this by default. To show different random products on home page each time it loads you have to write your own php code for it and connect it to the template.

Got it guys, i had to edit the smart_random_products.php just in case someone else needs this information.

smart_random_products.php is not a function in a default X-Cart - that must be an add-on of some sort.
