CSS glitch in IE
Suprise, suprise, I have an issue with my central space and side bars not lining up in IE 8 (haven't tried other versions yet). It works perfectly in Firefox. This only affects the category/product view.
Would someone mind having a look at the site and suggesting a fix. Staging site is http://bennettdirect.staging.dynamix.com.au/home.php?cat=253 Cheers, Brett |
Re: CSS glitch in IE
The first thing to do is clean up your html errors that you will see by running a W3C validation. Firefox is more forgiving of errors than IE.

Re: CSS glitch in IE
Thanks gb2world, that caught a couple of missing alt tags for some images.
The real culprit ended up being a stray double quote in a smarty tag. I took that out and it lines up perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion. |
Re: CSS glitch in IE
Hello Sir,
Can you please elaborate in which file and what changes (on what line number) had you made that worked for you? I am also having same issue but not able to find the reason for that. Also I'm not good at Smarty so I will be thankful if you could guide a beginner like me. Thank you for your guidance in advance. |
