Function is executible?
 
Hi I am getting this warning at the top of my page I am wondering how ti fix the error

Warning: is_executable() [function.is-executable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/openssl) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/migrate.a2/web:/home/kmleo06:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/kmleo06/public_html/shop/xcart/include/func/func.files.php on line 252

There seem to be a restriction set on your server (open_basedir). Please contact your hosting admins regarding this matter.

Alternatively, you can change the Preferred HTTPS module from Openssl to e.g. libCurl on the General settings page.

Thank you!!!! Switching to libCurl fixed the error!
