Wordpress install not quite right
 

I thought that I had done really well. I have unpacked and installed Wordpress so that it can be found at www.chocolate-coated.com/blog. I used the instructions at http://www.arscommunity.com/wiki/articles/x-cart-wordpress-integration. It looks ok, Wordpress appears to be functioning however there is one issue.
When you click on the links on the side (the main frame of my website) they are not working properly. It seems as though for some reason an extra bit (/blog/) is being added so http://www.chocolate-coated.com/home.php?cat=372 is becoming http://www.chocolate-coated.com/blog/home.php?cat=372. I have gone back over the wordpress integration instructions and it appears that I have followed them. Unfortunately my knowledge is limited and I don't really know where to look for the problem.
I'd love to hear some ideas as to where this may have gone wrong.
