URLs that Search for a Specific Word

So I've got these static pages on the site like this one. http://www.littlepuppiesonline.com/chihuahua-puppies-for-sale.html

I'd like to change the word Chihuahua all over the page to be a URL to search for anything on the site that has chihuahua in it.

What would the URL be that would search for chihuahua? I'd like to do the same thing with other words as well.

I'm guessing but is it "http://www.littlepuppiesonline.com/search.php?"

I searched, but didn't find anyone else trying to do this.

Search for Chihuahua on your site, then copy the URL?

Might work.

Use a search function that is doing what you need.

I'm sorry I have offended you. I only want to help. :(
From my experience, without a third party solution, you cannot do what you wish.

Sorry again.

Re: URLs that Search for a Specific Word

I said what I said because I think you have misunderstood what I'm asking for.

I need to URL or syntax that the X-Cart search.php needs in combination with the values in order to be able to create a link that I can use to highlight a word. So for example if someone was reading the article on my site about the Yorkie's, I would make it so that every time Yorkie appeared in the article, they would be able to click on it and it would take them to a Search listing of all items with the word Yorkie in it on the site.

For me it's not an SEO thing, but more or less a way to get people that are reading the articles to view a search listing of Yorkie's or whatever I want to use. I am aware that this is going to require a great deal of manually linking words, but that's ok, as long as it works.

Take a look as those URL's made with our search solution:
- http://www.cartonsteroids.com/search-x-cart-modules/clients/page-1
- http://www.cartonsteroids.com/search-x-cart-modules/ecommerce/page-1

That's why I mention it.
I hope everything is fine now...

When you do a search - scroll to the bottom of the page. Look for a link that says "This Page URL".
