Links above Product are not clickable
I'm not sure if I have done something wrong, but the links above a product that show the links from where you came are not clickable. I have never seen that before in any other program.
I have ver. 4.4 Here is a link to a page on my site: http://carnafeaghtack.com/xcart/product.php?productid=17521&cat=250&page=1 The Links Home: Saddle Covers: English Saddle Covers are not active, although they are underlined which of course to me means an active link. Is there some setting I missed? Thanking you ahead, Jill |
Re: Links above Product are not clickable
Have you done any changes to templates? In most cases this is due to links being behind another element - FF acts as it should and won;t allow to click on them as they are like hidden but in IE you will be able to click on them. It is fixable. Look at the site in FF with Firebug addon to find what;s in front of the links and move it down

Re: Links above Product are not clickable
I don't think I made any changes. I use Google chrome, so they don't work in that either. I'll do what you said and see what I find.
Thanks, Jill |
Re: Links above Product are not clickable
Yes you changed the height of the header to 125px. You have to also change margin-top of the #content-container to 125px - right now the header is overlapping the area below

Re: Links above Product are not clickable
Thanks Steve. I did finally figure that out as I pondered what changes I had made, and resizing the header when I was playing with logos was the only thing I could think of. I'll give it a fix in the morning. Thanks for all your help.
