Saving Shopping Carts w/ Reference#s before Checking out
 

Is there a mod out there that saves the contents of a shopping cart? I've seen on some sites where every shopping cart has a "Reference#."

The idea would be that if a customer has a question, they can refer to their cart's Reference# and get the problem resolved before checking out.

Not heard of one like this. We do sell a Remember anonymous Carts module that would save the cart, but there's no reference number.

Abandoned Cart Reminder is doing it. Every cart saved has a reference number, the problem in your case is that reference number is to big and is displayed to customer only after cart is abandoned.

I think we can easily modify the module to meet your expectations.
