Issue copying contactus template
 

I was trying to make a second, custom version of the contactus.php form, and while I think I got everything copied and modified correctly, when I view the page that gets generated, the <form tag is identical to the <form tag in the standard contactus.php page.

How can I specify which smarty template is supposed to be applied to a custom contactus.php form? I'm a newbie to both xcart and smarty templates, so let me know what additional information I need to supply to help anyone answer my question.
