Display all shipping methods (one page)
 

I have all shipping methods being displayed on one page, however is there anyway to put an <hr /> or a space between all different carriers?

Example:
--------------
Ups ground
Ups 2 day

Fedex Gound
Fedex 2 day


Rather than:
---------------
Ups ground
Ups 2 day
Fedex ground
Fedex 2 day

Would look much cleaner, any ideas much appreciated.
