OnSale installation
 

I installed OnSale on my 4.3.2 site and it is not showing up at all in the admin. I assumed it would show up in the modules and need to be activated but it is not there. I had installed this on my old 4.1 site and it was great.

I've gone over everything and I'm drawing a blank. can anyone point me in the right direction? i even had my site restored from back up and started all over again, but it is exactly the same. site is fine, no errors, and no OnSale.

not yet, I was thinking I must missing something obvious that someone could say "check this file" :) perhaps not. I'll check with Bill next.

just figured out its a problem with the onsale_sql.php file. the tables weren't created. running the link in my browser didn't work (permissions wrong?) so I had used the sql file upload in the admin and it said it patched successfully. apparently not. at least now I have a lead! :)

and fixed it. had the permissions wrong, needed 755 on that file to run.

now it appears to be installed properly... well, almost. the glitch is that the link in admin doesnt allow me access. I get this error:

Sorry, your page was not found!

The requested page does not exist or you are not allowed to access it!

checking a few more things, trying to see if I can fix it on my own. any ideas?
