Issues with head.tpl

On my site, the search form and "printable version" links are not working. I understand this is under the head.tpl file, but I really cannot figure out why these features are just straight not working, meaning one cannot actually type anything in the search box, click on the advanced search link, or click on the "printable version" link. This has been an issue for awhile now.

The more interesting part: I have IE8, and it all works fine for me when using that browser, but everyone else (including others with IE8, are unable to make it work for them. I have tried it on my computer with firefox and chrome, and sure enough, they don't work. I believe my computer is the only one to be able to use it. However, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who has ever used a combo of Windows 7 and IE8 on it. Could it be some sort of compatibility issue? Or is there something else?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's interesting. I've never heard of anyone having that problem with our site. Anyone else having the same problem?

Super weird. I'm going to try and figure this out, and I'll let it be known when (hopefully) the issue is resolved.

Your site, www.creativedocumentsolutions.com loaded 'immediately' for me, so either you fixed something, or the problem went away.

For your original issue - you need to change the margin-top on your center-container. The header is under the center container, that is why you can't get to the search link.
