No title showing on orders invoice or order details
 

Ive just noticed when i print an invoice out the title doesn't show also when you go onto order details the title of the customer isn't showing up.

I reported as a but they say they couldn't duplicate the problem so must be something with my install, although everything went some on install

Can anyone advise please have attached pics

Hi yes i made sure the title was selected i also tried changing the title to "Mrs" and saved but still nothing very strange this...

Interesting thread as I may have a similar issue.
When a customer registers, sometimes their title, forename and surname details are missing from the billing section (and by default from the delivery section) in their profile page in admin. This means that the invoice shows a delivery address but no name so I have to manually add it to the invoice.

It occurs sometimes. From what I can see from a test, it seems to be when cusotmers pay by their Paypal account rather than directly with a card.

Have the same issue (no title on invoice billing/shipping address). Moreover have some strange issue still with the customer title. When Mrs XX are logged in, on the top of the site are showed Mr. XX (virtually the customer changes sex). In another case, the title Mrs. is indicated in the customer profile but does not appear on invoice, nor on the top when customer are logged in (show only first and last name).
can anyone help me solve this question?

Yes, I have the same problem where the title changes in the profile. I have a number of oddities like the ones mentioned but have neither the knowledge or solutions to correct them. Maybe someone can help.

There All,
for those who are interested in, we found an answer to this issue.
First of all The tile which is shown on the top of the site is taken from the "Account details => Personal information" section, not from the address book entry.
Therefore you should check on admin side 'User Profile' if the 'Title' field are marqued or not (active/required) for admin and customer. Then you can modify the 'title' on user profile 'personal information' and it works !.
This is what we found out.
