Grouping Categories
 

Is anyone using the grouping categories from BCSE?

If so I'm using it for 4.2 and the categories will not group together as the instructions state. Any idea as to how to make it work?

Example instead of them in groups like

Group1
Category 1
Category 2
Category 3

Group2
Category 4
Category 5

Group3
Category 6
Category 7
Category 8

I see them as

Category 1

Category 2
_________
Category 3
_________
Category 4
_________
Category 5
_________
Category 6
_________
Category 7
_________
Category 8
