1. During checkout, where the following text come from? I checked out the whole .tpl and .php. But did found it. I want to modify them.

2. How to fix the format problem in customer profile? I want to make "Shipping Address" and "Billing Address" below the line. What can I do? See:

1. These are language variables. Look in the template file for the langiage variable and then you can change its value in admin/langiages OR you can use Webmaster tool to edit this text in real time on the page

2. This is not a format problem - the line is supposed to be under these titles to separate them form the text below. Anyway to edit this look in skin1/customer/main/register.tpl and the various templates called in there
