Download Expander - does it work on 4.4?
 

I use the Download Expander mod heavily. Has anyone using this mod successfully upgraded to 4.4.0?

I'm contemplating a move from 4.3.1 to 4.4.0, but it's a no-go until I find out about compatibility.

It should be a no go anyway - don't upgrade to 4.4.0 until it is stable, and all the Third Party vendors have a chance to catch up and make their mods compatible. Probably going to be 4.4.2 until it is ready for a live store.

Thanks for the suggestion. X-cart are also charging a *lot* for this upgrade. It seems to be a biggie. I'm happy to put it off, although some of the promised features look good.

Yea, it is a completely new system, so the only thing you can upgrade is your database. You would install a fresh copy of 4.4, plug in the upgraded database and then you'd have to re-skin and re-install all of your mods and customizations.
