BCSE Product Importer Pro - Config

Does anybody have a sample on how to import products that have variants/options? I'm having a hell of a time setting this up and of course BCSE documentation does not cover these additional settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically I have a product that comes in sizes (S-M-L-XL) how can I set this up so these sizes are available for this product? In the CSV file I have a column called (Sizes) listed just like above (S-M-L-XL).
