X-cart should help us to deal with the problem. Cdseo is not free! I have bought one already. If one person has 10 carts, then he has to buy 10 cdseo, too much money, i think.

Unfortunatelly everything comes at a price. If you can't live without that feature then you have to buy the mod, if you can't buy the mod then you have to live without the feature... Is tough I know. But xcart is so behind in SEO perspective

Another option - learn to write your own redirect rules. After spending several hours on this, you might find that CDSEO is reasonably priced.
