3.5.0 template defaults

Ijust installed 3.5.0....WOW what a huge improvement over 3.2.0!
VERRRY niiiiiiice.

Anyway....the default heading shows "US TOLL FREE" and "International".
Which template are they in so I can remove them?

Also....
When i installed 3.5.0 I chose 2-column display. How can I alter the display and/or color scheme?

You can edit that in: skin1/customer/top_menu.tpl
