What .tpl controls the cart.php when it has products in, it displays correctly when cart is empty

This is the fast lane checkout. It has its own home template. Check in modules. It doesn't load the css files for some reason that's why you get this
Here is the error form FF (IE is similar)

I cannot find a home.tpl for xcart 4.4 fast-lane-checkout and it is dropping my left bar :( is 4.4 different? home_main.tpl doesn't look at all like the home.tpl you are talking about. Any ideas on how to add the left bar back in?
