How can I display full product name in search results

Hi Guys

Can someone tell me how I can display a full product's name in Products Management after a search result displays. Currently it seems to truncate the product name at around around 30 characters. I use 4.1.9.

Try skin1/main/products.tpl

Look for |truncate:30
