Removing Search from checkout page

I am updating to 4.3 and on my checkout page the option to search is in the yellow bar below my header. This is on the regular site pages but not the cart page. I want to get rid of it just like on the cart page but leave it on the actual site product pages.

Any ideas on where to take this piece of code out of just the one page?
