Search box in 4.3
 

I am creating a new store with 4.3.1, creating a custom template based off of artistic tunes. I want to make the search box in the header larger, tried a few things but didn't work. I tried editing search.tpl and adding size parameter to the text input box but didn't work. Anyone know how to make the search box a little wider??

Open this file:

skin1/main.css

Search inside for "search" and enter whatever pixels you want :)

thanks! I forgot about main.css. Artistic Tunes uses altskin.css for most everything else, didn't think about main.css :)
