Would anyone be so kind as to tell me how to remove the words "Australia Toll Free" from the invoice.

Edit the template for the invoice. Use Webmaster to find out which template exactly

Sorry Steve, I am very new to this. I have been into webmaster mode and could not find anything to do with customer invoices. I have been into mail/html/order_invoice.tpl and can't find anything to change in there either. I would also like to add the word TAX in front of the word Invoice if you or anyone else could help.

mail/html/order_invoice.tpl is the correct template but you will not see words "Australia Toll Free" - it is a language variable probably for lbl_phone_2_title (could be lbl_phone_1_title). You can delete it or comment it out by surrounding tha part you don't want line this {* code you don't want to show *}. The word invoice is also a language variable. You can change it by going to admin/langiages, choose your language, search for the lbl_invoice and edit the text

Thanks Steve, I finally worked out how to use the language section. When I print out a test invoice there is nothing in the tax section under the heading of products ordered. How do I put "10%" in the tax box and how do I list the gst seperately under the subtotal.

You need to setup your taxes. Look in the manual how to do this.
