X-Cart forums - Footer Problems

So I decided to put a new footer onto my x-cart skin, and after working on it some, I have came up with a pretty good looking footer, the only problem is that my new one is approx. 136 px tall, where as the default footer was not as tall, so now I have my footer covering up or at least being very close to the text above it.

My site link is in my signature if you want to see it, I looked around the main.css some and wasn't able to find anything to solve the problem, whatever I did always made the footer move down, so I couldn't see some of it.

Does anyone know an easy fix?
