One page checkout and orders NOT FINISHED
 

I am using the one page checkout mod from altered cart which I think is great! One thing though is most of my orders paid by paypal or by visa card online (net registrys merchant service and st george bank) come through as "Not finished"

This confuses the customers who then place orders multiple times and telephone me

Does anyone know why that would be?

Are you sure it's the One Page Checkout - what happens if you turn it off for a while?

Hi

Not exactly sure, but it seems to happen less when its switched off - in the beginning I had issues with paypal - it seemed to return the correct code but x-cart didnt register the response and set the correct status. This is without one page checkout

Now wiht OPCO - it seems that most payments are going through ok but the order status is set to queued or not completed.

I am struggling to find out why that is mainly because I cant put lots of transactions through - maybe I shoudl just set up a low paid item and then try to track it
