Too Many Re-Routes: CDSEO Pro
 

Hi guys,

My site didn't load yesterday morning and came up with a failed message saying there were too many re-route attempts.

I located the issue to CDSEO Pro by turning the mod off (site appears again but with php URLs)

I have then removed all static pages, all products on the top page and all categories but still I get the failure when CDSEO Pro is turned on.

I have repaired the x-cart database too, and also posted this question at the x-cart-forums.com website but no one has any idea there.

Question: Has anyone else experienced this issue before? I have been using CDSEO Pro for a few years now on three sites and this is the first time this has happened.

Any ideas?

Moving to Third Party Add-ons. Sounds like an install issue. I'd open a ticket directly with Jon via his help desk.

just found out, for the record, I had a corrupted htaccess file.

That would have been my guess. Or the server settings had changed to not recognize the .htaccess file.
