linking an option variant
 

I am trying to add a link to the word "colour" at
http://sydneybrides.com/hammocks/BFS99-Fernando-Single.html

is this possible? the same colours are available for all products, so i think this would be the easiest way.

otherwise, make put a "view colour chart" next to the colour drop down colour menu? any ideas as to how i would do this please?

Product variants are not reachable like this.
Better create color chart, put a link next to the variant and make it popup the chart on click

Hi, thanks for that Steve, yes i thought that might have been the case.

I did design the chart and its on a static page, but which page is the variant in so I can make a link?

Can't recall file name right now. Look in skin1/customer/main/product_details.tpl - you will see where the call for variants/options is - put it right next to it
