Smart Search 4.3 / IonCube
 

I am getting an error every time I click on the SS link in the admin section of my site. It is telling me that Ioncube needs installed.

smart_search_functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

We had no problems with this in our test environment, but when we moved from test to prod this is when we started having the problems. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you have ionCube installed on the production server. Contact your host. BTW the tops/bottoms of all your boxes on the site are broken in IE, unless this is some kind of effect you wanted

According to my PHP.ini file it is installed. Is there a way to test the install?

This is the error that I am getting. I am positive that the ioncube stuff has been uploaded.
