Buy 1 Get 1 Free

I'm looking for a way to assign a free product as a promotion to an existing product. Kind of like "buy product A, get product B free".

Is there a mod that will accomplish this?

This can be done with Special Offers from x-cart

Yea special offers is far from flexible, Altered doesn't currently support 4.3, BTW is there any others I would personally like to know.
