How to change the font color of Categories section?

I just want to know how to change the font color of Categories section I'm using ver. 4.3 Fashion Mosaic pink template.

From what I can see this:

I wanna ask too..does anyone know where I can change the font color of the product title (link)? I found all the others except this one.

I think product titles are h1 or h2 tags
