7Dana Template Tabs

My old template had 4 tabs that went across the top on the left side of the screen. I have now purchased a template from 7Dana.com and when I install the template I loose my tabs at the top. I would like for them to appear on the right side of the screen now but I can't get them to show up at all.

Anyone know how to get them to appear?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! :D
