Help Please with install.php

I am running the new version of xcart for my mew domain:

http://www.legaldopesmokeshop.com/

I am trying to change the skin, but when I go to

http://www.legaldopesmokeshop.com/install.php

it says page cannot be found. Please help... Thanks...

New version after install renames install.php to install_xxx.php. FTP to the site and rename it back to install.php
