New Form Need!
 

Hello / Hi!

i'm khirul from malaysia.i'm a new for this kind of templates.i still under constructions to build my e-commerce store.i need tips and guide how to create new form like registration form.Example i want to create RMA (Return Mercant Authorization) Form in static page..so when customer have problem with items i sold they can fill up the form to have warranty period or something..

its possible to create this kind of form??

QT just released x-rma for free for 4.2.x version. This module allows customers to request rma # and reason for it. See if that helps
