Category / Subcategory Site Menu Type List on Homepage

I did some searching and couldn't quite locate somehting along these lines being discussed.

A customer wishes to have a Site Menu type list of categories and subcategories on the main area of their homepage at the bottom in text html links.

Here is the example they provided: http://kerrdental.com/index/kerrdental-2

Does anyone know or has stumbled across something similar before? This will be with Ver 4.3.. Thanks

I don't think there is a mod for this but you can very easily create it: with floating divs or even table and using some of the mods here for flyout category menus
