Play Video Online??????

Anyone have any idea on how to play video online from your website?????
This is so confusing any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Ive looked in the forum and have not found it.

Do you have your video on Youtube? If so just copy and paste the code they provide. Also you could try the "Wimpy" Player. It's free!
