Featured Products

Im trying to figure out where the feature products section is in the css.main I need to move it up on my homepage. If anyone can let me know where it is to change the px it would be helpful. Thank You

I am pretty sure its called from within welcome.tpl, just need to move up or down in that file as needed ;)
