Placing adsense on the head.tpl

I am trying to put a small adsense ad in the header on the head.tpl template. I made a google.tpl page and tried to insert it but because the log (wholesalewheelchair.net) is a background it just wants to put the adsense ad over the log and I need it to align to the right. Anyone know how to do that?
