New static page not appearing
 

I'm trying to add an embedded static page and having some trouble. I can preview the page in the back end so it does exist but I would like to be able to get to it with a url like www.mysite.com/newstaticpage.html (or whatever I've named the static page). Right now I'm getting a 404 error. Am I missing a step somewhere?

did you set the name for the clean url?

Oh oops... you re using 4.1.11

you will have to call the page using the page ID

like - www.yoursite.com/pages.php?pageid=9

I figured it out - there is a setting in the CDSEO control panel to name the static page and create the URL.
