Header is overlapping the checkout area

Ive looked all over and have used firebug to try to find the css section to change to fix this issue. When im on the main page of my site its fine but when i hit checkout and im in the shopping cart my header is:oops: overlapping the checkout area. Ive tryed to do a few things people have told me and it didnt fix the issue. Thank you

Have you tried changing this class in skin1/main.css?

.flc-container #content-container
