What do they use?

I like the slide show on home depot page and I noticed a lot website using the similar technique. I thought they are all using flash but they are not.

Could someone tell me what kind of technique they are using and that would be much appreciate it.

Chamberinternet told me about jquery and tabbed rotator. It was very easy to set up.
