I can not view a flv file, installed on plesk

I can not view a flv file, which I had installed via plesk in ....com/httpdocs/images/trionicwalker.flv.

It says the file format .flv is unknown.

On the website, the code shows up, but without a picture.

What am I doing wrong?
Any help would be very appreciated.

You might want to use a flv player such as:

Sorry for the late reply. That is what I was using, but the code had to be re-coded by x-cart's engineer. Now it works, but it cost me ticket points...
