How to use vivid_dreams_aquamarine?

I like the vivid_dreams_aquamarine skin made by Qualiteam.

How do I activate this template?
The schemes\templates\vivid_dreams_aquamarine folder structure is foreign to me.

You have to run the install.php again and specify that you want skin change only
