Cart Lab psd Question

Hello Group

New to x-cart and just getting started. I saw the post for the cart lab psd and took a look see at their web site.

When it gets installed does it replace all the files in x-cart?

What is the process for installation? It does not say to much about it on the Cart Lab site.

I'm assuming it simply changes some .tpl files, but you may have to implement them yourself... not sure how it works as I've not bought a PSD from him.

Hello

It must come with some instructions. I liked the way it looked. I wonder where I can get more information on it. I tried at the site but I never got a response.

If somebody could give me an idea what is involved I can make a decision if I want them to install it. Their site does not have a whole bunch of info on what is involved.

You should post your question direct to cartlab rather then posting here

A PSD is a PhotoShop Document.

It means you are getting image source that can be edited to suit your store.

OK, Thanks

As suggested I will try the site again. I just thougt someone might know what it was. However now I know it is the image files in psd that I can order. I like the idea

I am going there now to grab some info

Thanks for your help on this. I am just trying to feel my way around.

if you want your store to look identical, you need to buy the CARTLAB SKIN. not the PSD.

The psd is just a photoshop image so you can edit it, then you have to cut the image up and make all the html , yourself.

Sounds like you want the SKIN.

Caucus,

PSD of the cartlab skin is the photoshop file used to build the X-cart template that cartlab uses and is for sale just to clarify.

Feel free to email, PM me here or via cartlab's contact us form, as I do like to keep cartlab related product discussions away from the forum to keep from clutter so more of the out-of-box related discussions are easier to find and talk about.

Thanks!
