Studios Section Basically Same As Manufacturers
 

Does anybody know of the best way I can create a "Studios" section. I want it to basically look identical to the "Manufacturers" section. I have tried coping all the stuff for "Manufacturers" but was not able to get it to work properly. If anyone can assist me. This would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to add the studio section to the database as well. Did you do that?

Ashley thanks yea I did. I added two tables 1) x_cart_studios 2) x_cart_studios_lng. I had the link showing under manufacturers in the admin area, but everytime I tried to access it - told me page not found. Even though it was pulling from studios.php. I have spent over 12 hours on this now and even went through all the cdseo files as well. Couldnt get it to open in admin area to edit anything.

I had the module setup same as manufacturers and the settings, I could open and edit them, but again couldnt open the actual admin page studions which was listed directly under manufacturers in the admin menu. Where it got confusing is that manufacturers uses "M" for defining images, etc. So I tried updating this to something different but no luck.

is the SQL changed to query info from the new tables?

yea that was changed.
